Oh, hey! It’s Mindi. I’ve found my way back. I knew I would eventually. I have missed having a writing outlet so much.
I originally started sharing my fitness journey in 2008. Sometime last year, I decided to let my blog go. Just like that. Poof! Well over a decade worth of posts gone.
A lot of things have changed since I started working out. I’ve also learned A LOT.
One obvious thing that sticks out to me is that fitness in my 40’s feels a hell of a lot different than it did in my 20’s!
I’m gonna keep this initial post short and sweet, just wanted to share a hello and talk about what I plan to share here.
- Meals, meal prepping (meals I’m planning for the week, tips and tricks)
- My workouts
- Things I love (moments, books, things)
- Mental health
- Self-care (but like fun self-care)
- My creative outlets/hobbies
